plenty of food at breakfast, such as cereal, pastries, hardboiled eggs and cheese. pretty nice room, quite new bathroom.

Excellent location with great view. I really like the gardens and the quiteness of its surroundings. A really good choice with fantastic value for money!

Unfortunatelly a few staff were not very attentive. Lack of mannerism.

The hotel is fairly clean, the staff is best, and the room is cheap. I must comment on its central location - it was favourable. The venue's restaurant is amazing for a more easy going lunch.

After I made my booking, I was a bit concerned about this hotel due to all the bad feedback I read. I must say that my staying at this hotel could't have been better. I was lucky to get one of the rooms that have been just refurbished and it look very good, spaciaos, modern, functunial and with a huge bathroom. Cleanliness could't have been better, airco was new, didn't make any sound and did cool! Staff was correct and helpful. Can't say anything about the tv and channels on it, as I didn't switch it on during my staying (I was there for the sun and the sea, tv I can watch home). Would repeat for sure.

Location at the quieter end of Sitges.

I had booked a room with a sea view, which, according to the Booked.net website, was described as being 20m2, yet was given a room with no sea view overlooking an internal patio area that was no bigger than a cupboard (approx. 8M2). I spent more than one hour with a very inefficient member of the reception who initially told me that there were no rooms available like the one I had booked because the hotel was full (despite my having made the booking 2 weeks in advance). His suggestion was to either take the small room for the first day and wait till the following day to get what I had booked, or look for somewhere else! Appalling level of service... Certainly made my first day miserable. I would not recommend this outdated, tired hotel to anyone.

Can just recommend for a quick weekend visit

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a lovely view, and the staff were helpful throughout our visit, we had everything we needed during our time there.

The hotel and its decor is unique, and it is in a beautiful location

It was the 3rd time I stayed there and it is visible the improvements they doing in the old hotel. My room was renewed and the problem of the other years (noise and staff) has been clearly improved. Still need some refurnishments.

The manager should have a better apearance. He is the image of the hotel. Noise isolation is bit far from perfect. Food in the restaurant is not good.

The connectivity issues of Wi-Fi being limited to the lobby are quite inconvenient!!! Plus, the outdated decor and neglected common areas could use a serious overhaul for a more modern experience!!!

we were in an unbeatable location not too far away from a sandy beach. there was an exceptional restaurant not too far away from the hotel. the room was functional, and stylish, with free wireless internet and terrace.

The check-in process took over 10 minutes. Breakfast was chaotic, with disorganized seating and insufficient staff to manage the flow. The pool service was unhelpful, and we had to ask multiple times for towels that were never provided.

Hotel is toooooooo old!!!!!

Great location, right on the beach. On the sourthern edge of the town, away from the noisy city center. All rooms have terrace, and most enjoy a beautiful view. Nice pool area with a couple of good restaurants offering lunch and dinner. Good breakfast buffet.

It very much needs a major face lift. The public areas (lobby and hallways) have not been redone for the years and the decoration is quite tacky and rundown. Apparently some of the rooms that been redecorated but the one I booked via the Internet was not, and although it was spacious, it left a lot to desire - old furniture, cheap mattress, tacky carpet design, etc. It does not fit a hotel of supposed four star category.
